Custom Disc Printing

While other companies have a minimum order size of 50 or 100, our minimum order size is 1. We have a special printing process which allows us to print on high quality weatherproof stickers which are sealed onto high quality Discraft Ultra-Star 175's or Flashflight Ultimate 175 gram discs. See examples below:

The recommended custom printing solution is to use clear stickers on Flashflight 175's as shown above. The Flashflight 175's are very similar to Discraft's Ultra-Star, and the clear stickers are very unnoticable on these discs.

We can also do edge to edge color stickers which are printed on white stickers as shown above. These can go either on the Discraft Ultra-Star 175 or the Flashflight 175. Discraft will not sell us blank discs, so if you choose the Ultra-Star, the stickers will be placed directly on top of the original Discraft design. If your design is full color, you won't be able to see through the sticker, but raised lines from the Discraft design may be noticable some of the time as you can see in the black disc above if you look closely.

We recommend our custom discs when you need less than 50 discs, or when you need a quick turnaround. We can usually print and ship your discs the same or next business day after we receive your art and payment is received. If you'd like more than 50 discs and can wait 4-6 weeks, we recommend using Discraft, the manufacturer of the legendary Ultra-Star 175 for your custom discs solution.

Art Specifications:

All files must be at least 300 dpi and preferrably in a Photoshop file such as .PSD, .PDF, or .TIFF. If sending a JPG it should be no less than 300 dpi and saved under the highest quality setting. Images should be 7 inches in diameter.
